I'm the H behind H.Watterson Art — and the artist who paints the colourful animals you see across my work.
I'm from Ballyronan, Mid Ulster, Northern Ireland. I didn't study art at university; I simply fell into painting at school. Developing my style organically through time, learning as I went.
From the farm to your home
Growing up on a dairy farm, I discovered that animals have the most wonderful personalities and characters — and capturing that became the heart of everything I create. Using vibrant, eye-catching colours, I've developed a style that I believe makes my paintings truly come alive.
Homeware
Over time, that passion grew beyond the canvas. I now print my original artwork onto a range of homeware — designed, and printed by me. From placemats to prints, each piece brings a little colour and character into your everyday life.
Olive - Studio Manger
Hi I'm Olive! I'm the studio dog. My main role is to distract Hannah and take naps. I've been the studio dog for a little while now.. I was not told this would be a voluntary role!
