As these items are made especially for you, I do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

Once I've reviewed the damage, I'll offer either a replacement (where possible) or a full refund.
